The Secretariat Office oversees policy development, implementation, and interpretation; preparation and dissemination of committee agendas and actions; and preparation and preservation of committee minutes. The Secretariat is also responsible for assisting the General Conference with the selection and appointment of inter division and Adventist Volunteer personnel. It processes worker employment placements between unions, as well as providing support and promotion for the mission program of the church.
